Hardware development

Hardware concepts and bring-up.

Hardware development services we provide

Prototype builds and PCB development in one loop — concept to testable hardware

We deliver prototype builds alongside PCB circuit development: schematic and layout, stack-up and DFM-aware routing, assembly and bring-up, aligned with mechanical and firmware interfaces. Prototypes validate form and function quickly; PCB work turns the concept into production-ready board-level hardware — iterating together to cut respins and integration rework.

Technical solutions

Five technical paths — communication, sensing, control, actuation, and compute — turned into buildable hardware, with structure and software in the loop.

  • Communication

Wired/wireless links and protocol interfaces for reliable data exchange.

  • Sensing

Multi-physics acquisition and signal conditioning for perception.

  • Control

Host architecture and real-time logic that coordinate the system.

  • Actuation

Drive and actuator interfaces that turn commands into motion.

  • Compute

Edge compute and data processing for on-device decisions and algorithms.

Hardware service content

HARDWARE SERVICE

  1. Materials from the client

Schematics (DSN / PowerLogic, etc.), netlists, footprints, and mechanical outlines (DXF), plus stack-up, impedance, and critical-part constraints.

  2. Layout & routing review

Layout and routing reviewed against design rules and checklists, with DRC and mechanical interference checks to catch DFM and SI risks early.

  3. Client layout sign-off

Layout and mechanical overlays for client confirmation — locking stack-up, impedance, routing, and key reference designators as the design baseline.

  4. Design data delivery

After DFM / QA / EMC checks, we deliver Gerber, stencil, assembly, and mechanical package files ready for prototype and short-run builds.
